  The atmosphere is soothing, drawing, and stimulating. It's more than a destination for dinner, it's an amazing journey. Great live music food that is so delish, and amazing staff. You feel like you belong there. Thank you for an amazing place to come escape. :)

  The service is good. Their quality of meat is outstanding. Can't complain about the cooking, because you cook your own steak ( for a small fee, they will cook for you). They have all the right spices at the grill to place on your steak. Now, the onion strings are really good, crispy batter and cooked to perfection. The price is $6.00 an order. Considering they are strings and not rings, you do not get very much. In fact the order is small for the price. The baked potatoes $ 9.00ea are huge. I mean really big. One potato can feed three. It comes with all the trimmings.
  The downside of the Riviera is the noise level. It is extremely loud.When the band plays the level increases even more. But I would and will go back because the food is really good.

  The place was on point! The drinks were good and the steaks were probably the best in San Diego County! Beans and baked potatoe on the side were good to go,as well!

  I Love this place! A steakhouse with a definite retro feel. The steaks are "cook your own" and moderately priced. Drinks are strong!
