  Waited in line for 15 minutes as there were several people in front of me. When I got to the front they informed me that it was cash only and had been so for quite some time that morning as the machines had gone down. Rather that place a sign saying cash only they told me it was my fault for not having cash and to pretty much get out or wait for the machine to come back up. This was then repeated to me by both morning shift managers and they offered me nothing for my troubles. She just said they went down, what do you want me to do about it? Terrible customer service to say the least! I wouldn't be upset if they had placed a sign on the door saying cash only, or if they had at least not been so rude and would have acknowledged that the mistake had been made by them and not me. They make it seem as if I troubled them and rudely wished me out the door!

  Friendly staff. Slowest drive thru of any McDonald's in San Diego. New dining room and drive thru hours suck
